We have parking places available. A parking lot in our underground parking garage costs € 10,- per car/day. All public parking places are within 200 m distance.

All our rooms are equipped with a bathtub or a shower, WC, hair-dryer, television, room-safe, telephone and a minibar.

Our hotel is a non-smoking business. We ask for your understanding.

You can choose between room incl. breakfast or half-board. If you choose half-board we spoil you with a 3-course-dinner and a salad buffet. There is always a vegeterian choice as well. Our rich breakfast buffet is open daily until 10 am.

At our breakfast buffet until 10 am you will find:

• different types of bread
• a variety of homemade jam and local honey
• ham, different types of sausages and bacon from our local butcher
• a variety of cheese
• fresh fruit, yogurt
• a variety of cereal
• different juices
• different types of eggs
• and lots more

The hotel is located in the middle of the town square in Radstadt, a nice, little city with great history.

We have a laundry service (at extra charge) available for you. Bathrobes and bath towels for you to use in the wellness area are in your room for the duration of your stay.

Relax on our sunbathing terrace with a great view on the town square and the surrounding mountains while enjoying a cup of coffee and homemade pastries.

The skibus station is right in front of the hotel entrance. With a valid ski ticket and for the practice of sports you can use all busses in Ski amadé for free.

Spend relaxing times in our wellness area. With our different types of saunas, steam bath and infrared cabin you can enjoy the warmth after a long day of skiing in the cold. The fragrance of swiss pine helps you recover even faster. For fitness cracks we have a fitness room with some weights and cardio equipment as well. In times of Covid-19 we offer a schedule for your desired time in the spa area. You will find the list at the front desk. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets are very welcome at our hotel. Price per pet/day excl. food is € 14,-. In order to keep the harmony between all our guests, we ask you not to bring pets for breakfast and dinner. At the end of your stay we charge a cleaning fee of € 20,- to make sure the following guests will enjoy the stay as much as you and your pets did.

In our hotel WiFi is available in all rooms and in the restaurant.

The prices do not include the local tax. The local tax is € 1,90 per person/day (age 15 and older)

Reduction per child and day in the parents' room:

• Children 4 – 7 Years: € 25,-
• Children 8 – 11 Years: € 31,-
• Children 12 -15 Years: € 36,-
• Children 16 – 17 Years: € 45,-

We ask for your understanding that a surcharge of € 20,- – € 45,- (depending on the season) is charged for a double room for single use.

We ask for a deposit to fix your reservation. The balance will be paid on arrival. We accept Cash, EC-Card, Visa and Mastercard.

Of course it can happen that you can not go on vacation as you planned before. If you have to cancel the reservation, at late arrival or early departure we charge a cancellation fee. In that case we recommend and offer you a special travel insurance during the progress of reservation.

Cancellation of rooms are only valid in written form!

The right of withdrawal § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not brought to execution, the general terms and conditions of the hotel business apply instead.

• Up to 21 days before arrival you can cancel without charge.
• If you cancel 20 – 11 days before arrival we charge you 60 % of the total amount of the reservation.
• If you cancel 10 – 4 days before arrival we charge yuo 75 % of the total amount of the reservation.
• If you cancel within 3 days before arrival, at late arrival or early departure we will charge you 90 % of the total amount of the reservation.

All prices are in EURO. We reserve the right that errors and mistakes can occur.
